Immediately after graduation, Ms. Eversole began practicing law in Chesterton Indiana, concentrating on bankruptcy, personal injury and medical malpractice. In 1995, Ms. Eversole moved her practice to Portage Indiana in a general litigation firm. She continued to concentrate areas of practice to bankruptcy and personal injury. Ms. Eversole has also worked in areas of criminal law and real estate. In 2004, she moved her practice to Merrillville Indiana and continues to work primarily in personal injury and bankruptcy law. Ms. Eversole has prepared
and filed numerous appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals.
